REALTOR® and Affiliate Partner Disaster Relief Grant Application
This program is for CAR members (REALTORS® and Affiliate Partners) who have housing related needs after a natural disaster or fire.
The application must be completed in its entirety, including appropriate signatures. In addition, the application should be accompanied by the following, if applicable, to the request:
Requests of Individual Members of the Clarksville Association of REALTORS® for housing related expenses as a result of a natural disaster or fire:
Proof of ownership or rental status
Proof of primary residency
Supporting photos
Project budget
Insurance coverage documentation including insurance offer of reimbursement
Estimates for replacement/repair
Statements/receipts
Any additional supporting documentation to show need of assistance
The Foundation reserves the right to request additional documentation for proof of ownership, residency, insurance coverage, and employment.
If the applicant is an employee of a REALTOR® or Affiliate Partner, include a 30 day history of paystubs.
Member assistance grants are limited to the following classes of Clarksville Association of REALTORS® members and employees:
REALTOR® members who were active on the date of the event that caused the damage or loss and active on the date of application
Regular W2 employees of REALTOR® members
Affiliate Partner members and their employees.
Employees of the Clarksville Association of REALTORS®.
Member assistance grants are limited to a total payment of $1,000 per member per incident.
To Apply for Aid:
Complete Application and submit to Foundation Office with supporting documentation;
Additional information/documentation may be requested and will be required to be submitted within 30 days;
Final determination will be made by a vote of the Board of Directors;
Final decision will be relayed to applicant in writing;
Funds will be available within 30 days of final decision. Funds may be payable to applicant or directly payable to company/organization for expenses at the sole discretion of the Foundation.
Unless specifically prohibited, photos and/or information may be utilized for informational or fundraising purposes.
